In the words of Thomas Edison,  genius is 1℅ inspiration and 99℅  perspiration. Nothing comes your way without sweating.  

A mindful practice of first three learning skills- critical thinking, collaboration, communication incorporate  students' abilities in unleashing their potentials towards productive discourses, debates and expressions that eventually leads them in generation of some innovative ideas. 

This can be in form of imagination, visualization, transformational and explorational. 

There are four types of creativity. 1) Preparation 2) Incubation 3) Illumination 4) Verification.  

Creativity is the formation of ideas which are though surprising, yet intelligible and makes sense for others. It is to let go of uncertainties by giving a kick start to the brain which gets ready to break all established patterns and steps towards novelty and uniqueness. All four Cs given above are complimentary to each other. It is not a personality trait, rather it is to be learned and applied. *Creativity means to observe and figure out the things in a different way.* 

In this era of digitalisation, it is as important as literacy for human beings. Question is how it comes? In my views, it already exists in all normal individuals either kids, yougsters or adults. It needs an  ignition to emerge out. This all onus falls on the shoulders of educational institutions through experiential and project based learning by  providing situations full of  enquiries, queries, Analysis, synthesis debates, exploration, experimentation and  invention. 

In this way, children become adept in taking risks, committing mistakes, breaking rules and having fun. This is all creativity that can happen only by facilitating our students by providing an ambience of openness for asking, breaking, making, handling and standing tall again. Creativity can be deliberate like Thomas Edison  or spontaneous like Newton's law of gravity. 

Schools should surely adopt jigsaw classroom which helps the students to cooperate one another without any racial differences and respecting the views and feedback with positivity and then ideas bounce here and there very smoothly to generate creativity. So Let's run and get a quick start with all these learning skills to make a pace with this age of new learning.
