1.Genuinely forgive everyone who was hurting your leader.
2.Hold no grudge on those who were undermining when you were still serving your leader.
3.Acknowledge everyone’s contribution to the work and promise to love them all.
4.Avoid people who would want to get close to you by blackmailing other. Remember the way they speak bad about others is the same way they speak bad about you to others.
5.Never show signs of defeat in the eyes of your followers.Walk in the ways of your father.
6.Never occupy a position to fix people, fix problems and not people.
The greatest desire is for you to be called “Well done faithful servant,”. “You have done it according to the pattern”
